How do I use AI User CCI to work more productively with generative AI?
AI User CCI helps you turn generative AI from occasional experimentation into a practical tool for daily work. You learn how large language models, AI text assistants, image generation and automation tools work and where their limits are. You use AI to create better outputs, support analysis, structure information and speed up recurring tasks. The focus stays practical: you build skills that help you use tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other AI applications with more clarity, control and business value.
How do I build prompts, workflows and AI agents for real business tasks?
In AI User CCI, you learn professional prompt engineering and workflow design step by step. You work with system prompts, user prompts, structured inputs and outputs, anchoring and few-shot prompting. You also learn how AI tools can work together through tool chaining and how information flows between AI systems and conventional business tools. This helps you transform multi-step work processes and build reliable AI workflows for areas such as marketing, sales, administration, customer service or internal communication.
How do I use my own data, RAG and automation safely?
The course also shows you how to create practical AI assistants with access to your own content. You learn the basics of embeddings, vector databases and RAG-based architectures, so you can understand how documents are indexed, retrieved and used by specialized chatbots. You also explore AI automation with APIs, webhooks and independent AI agents. You compare rule-based and learning-based systems and learn how to choose the right approach for your task.
AI User CCI is delivered as an English live-online training with 50 teaching hours and a strong practical focus. Across five modules, you work on your own projects and develop AI applications, prompts, workflows and agents that you can transfer directly into your business processes. After successful completion, you receive an IHK certificate that documents your applied AI competence.

For this course, you will receive a nationally recognized CCI certificate, which you can use to prove that you have undergone further training in this field in a practical and career-oriented manner. To receive the certificate, you must attend at least 80% of the lessons and provide the following proof of performance: Mini Projects
Upon successful completion, you will receive both a digital and a printed CCI certificate that officially confirms your qualification.
