Generative AI
Artificial intelligence has long been part of our everyday working lives. However, many people use AI tools such as ChatGPT or other language models more out of curiosity than with a clear plan. What is missing is a real understanding, i.e., the skills to utilize the possibilities of these technologies. Or a way to integrate them into their own processes in a targeted and efficient manner. This is exactly where our training comes in.
You will learn how to not only try out generative AI, but also use it productively. Instead of continuing to guess how you should write prompts or which tools go together, you will receive clear step-by-step instructions. You will understand the basics of language models, recognize their strengths and weaknesses, and know how to use them to improve your work. Structured, understandable, and without technical frustration.
Automation and AI agents
This isn't about abstract theory, but practical work. You'll learn what large language models are, how generative AI works, and how to use the tools correctly. Terms such as prompt engineering, anchoring, and few-shot prompts may sound complicated, but we'll make them understandable and directly applicable.
You will learn how to formulate prompts in such a way that they deliver better results. We will show you how system and user prompts work. Use structured inputs and build your own workflows. This turns a gimmick into a real tool.
Another focus is the targeted use of AI in more complex processes. You will learn how to automate processes, combine tools, and exchange information between AI and conventional systems. The insight into RAG technologies is particularly exciting: you will learn how to use your own data as a knowledge source for your AI, for example through embeddings and vector databases. This allows you to build custom chatbots that work with your content.
The topic of automation also becomes tangible: you will learn how to use APIs, webhooks, and standalone AI agents to automate recurring tasks. We will explain the difference between rule-based and learning systems.
Apply AI instead of just trying it out
This training course is aimed at anyone who not only wants to understand generative AI, but also wants to use it in a targeted manner. You need to be curious and want to work confidently and effectively with modern technology. You will learn how to work faster, more clearly, and more creatively by using AI correctly.
You will be able to manage not only individual tasks but entire projects with AI support - confidently and in a structured manner.

In 5 modules with approximately 74% practical content, you will learn how to develop individual AI applications, prompts, workflows, and agents and integrate them seamlessly into your business processes. Instead of theory, there are your own projects with real practical benefits.
Ideally, you will have some initial experience with AI tools and a basic theoretical knowledge. Without fundamental prior knowledge of AI, you can expect a steep learning curve at the beginning.
Whether you work in an office, in administration, in customer service, in communications, or in project management: this course will teach you how to use artificial intelligence in your everyday work.
The course is aimed at all employees who:
- work extensively with text, research, planning, or communication
- want to perform their tasks more efficiently, in a more structured or creative way
- want to understand how AI really works—and how it can help in practical terms.
All you need is curiosity—and the willingness to break new ground in your everyday work.
